Ironwood Tavern Festival is seeking Fantasy-themed vendors, artisans, blacksmiths, food trucks, musicians, performers, and entertainers to join our immersive experience. Note that space is limited and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Vendor Details

Who We're Looking For

Fantasy-themed artisans, blacksmiths, and leatherworkers
Jewelers crafting historical or fantasy-inspired adornments
Unique fantasy-themed wares
Food trucks offering hearty, theme-appropriate food
Musical instruments, Games, Rides, etc.

Vendor Requirements

Multiple booth footprint options available for various setups
Vendors are responsible for their own thematic tent and display, not required
No power is available and you must bring your own
Full responsibility for necessary permits and liability insurance
Strict adherence to designated festival load-in and load-out schedules

Entertainment Details

Types of Acts

Musicians, bards, and heroic bands
Lore keepers and ancient storytellers
Historical reenactment groups and guilds
Combat demonstrations and weaponry skills
Fire performers and mystic artists
Family-friendly village entertainers

What We Provide

Dedicated performance stages or atmospheric performance areas
